This website is operated by CV Generator. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CV Generator. CV Generator offers this mini-app, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or using CV Generator, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

  • Professional CV/resume creation with guided form completion
  • AI-powered content enhancement and suggestions
  • Multiple CV templates and export formats
  • Verifiable Credential (VC) issuance for CV entries via Open Campus infrastructure
  • Secure storage of CV data linked to your OCID

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. User Account and Authentication

CV Generator uses Open Campus ID (OCID) for authentication. By using our service, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your OCID credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to CV Generator, including education history, work experience, skills, and other CV information. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

  • Store and process your CV data
  • Generate Verifiable Credentials on your behalf
  • Provide AI-enhanced suggestions for your content

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate and does not infringe on any third party's rights.

5. Verifiable Credentials

CV Generator may issue Verifiable Credentials for your CV entries using Open Campus infrastructure. These credentials:

  • Are linked to your OCID wallet address
  • Represent claims about your qualifications
  • Are stored on blockchain infrastructure
  • Cannot be altered once issued

We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of claims made in VCs. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of credential content.

6. AI Features

CV Generator uses artificial intelligence to provide content suggestions. AI-generated content:

  • Is provided as suggestions only
  • Should be reviewed and edited by you
  • May not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Remains your responsibility once accepted

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using CV Generator to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Create fraudulent credentials
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall CV Generator, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CV Generator.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
